OB Anesthesia

Today, I was reminded of how much I want to be a doctor by a conversation I had with a friend and my wife regarding Obestric Anesthesia. My wife is currently 8 months gestation with our first child. Naturally, I am concerned and endlessly curious about the different options for birth and also pain control for the whole process. I have found myself looking up diagrams online and in medical texts regarding epidurals and spinal blocks and all the different drugs allowed for these procedures. Fascinating procedure.
